The invention relates to a suspension system supporting frame and chassis assembling method, and the suspension system supporting frame and chassis assembling method comprises a support body which is used for bearing a suspension system; the supporting and positioning structure is arranged on the bracket body, is matched with an auxiliary frame of the suspension system and is used for positioning and supporting the auxiliary frame; the floating supporting structure is arranged on the support body and used for supporting a lower swing arm of the suspension system; when the upper end of a suspension spring of the suspension system is in a free state, the lower swing arm is in a balanced state under the support of the floating support structure; after the suspension spring is subjected to downward external force, the floating supporting structure swings downwards along with the lower swing arm, so that the jacking force needed by the jacking mechanism in the assembling process is reduced, and meanwhile the contact position of the suspension spring and a chassis is conveniently adjusted.

    本发明涉及一种悬架系统支撑架及底盘合装方法,包括支架本体,所述支架本体用于承载所述悬架系统;支撑定位结构,设置于所述支架本体上,与所述悬架系统的副车架配合,用于定位支撑所述副车架;浮动支撑结构,设置于所述支架本体上,用于支撑所述悬架系统的下摆臂;其中,所述悬架系统的悬架弹簧上端处于自由状态时,所述下摆臂在所述浮动支撑结构的支撑下处于平衡状态;所述悬架弹簧受到向下的外力后,所述浮动支撑结构随所述下摆臂向下摆动,从而降低合装过程中顶升机构所需的顶升力,同时便于悬架弹簧与底盘接触位置的调整。
