The invention discloses a port microgrid energy storage and transfer vehicle capacity configuration method and system. The method mainly comprises three aspects: firstly, feature extraction of port electricity load data is realized by a K-means clustering analysis method based on SVD and KL divergence; and establishing a transfer vehicle working model according to the operation characteristics of the port transfer vehicle. And finally, establishing a double-layer optimization model of energy storage and transfer vehicle capacity configuration by taking the minimum operation cost of the port micro-grid as an upper-layer optimization target and the maximum utilization rate of the port new energy as a lower-layer target. The method has the outstanding advantages of being good in optimization effect, environmentally friendly, high in efficiency, high in reliability and the like.
本发明公开了一种港口微电网储能与转运车辆容量配置方法及系统。该方法主要包括三个方面,首先本文基于SVD和KL散度的K‑means聚类分析方法实现港口用电负载数据的特征提取。根据港口转运车辆的运行特性,建立转运车辆工作模型。最后建立以港口微电网运行成本最小为上层优化目标,港口新能源最大利用率为下层目标的储能与转运车辆容量配置的双层优化模型。本发明具有优化效果好、环保、效率高、可靠性高等多突出优势。
