The invention provides a construction method for precise hoisting alignment of a prefabricated pier body, which comprises the following steps: when a crane ship is moved for initial positioning, front and rear anchors are used for positioning and a winch cable is used for auxiliary adjustment, when the crane ship is subjected to pier falling for initial alignment, front double hooks are controlled to slowly fall according to different strokes in a graded manner, and in the process of lowering the pier body, the left and right falling positions of the pier body are finely adjusted through a hinge anchor ship; aligning the front and rear positions of the falling pier in a manner of amplitude variation of a straight arm frame and synchronous correction and coarse positioning of front double hooks; when the bottom-section pier body is precisely aligned, the bottom-section pier body assists the pier body to gradually fall to the corresponding position of the bearing platform through a limiting device pre-buried in an inner cavity of the pier body, and then the precise position of the pier body is adjusted through a fine adjustment screw of the limiting device of the bottom-section pier body; and finally, accurate alignment of the middle-section pier body and the upper-section pier body is carried out. According to the method, the installation alignment time between the pier body sections is shortened, and the rapid and accurate alignment effect is achieved.
本发明创造提供了一种预制墩身吊装精准对位的施工方法,起重船移船初定位时,通过前、后锚定位及绞车缆绳辅助调整,起重船落墩初对位时,控制前双钩按不同行程分级缓慢落钩,墩身下放过程中,通过铰锚船舶微调墩身下落左右位置;通过直臂架变幅及前双钩同步矫正粗定位的方式对准落墩前后位置;底节墩身精准对位时,底节墩身通过墩身内腔预埋的限位装置辅助墩身逐步落到承台对应位置,然后采用底节墩身限位装置的精调螺杆调节墩身精确位置;最后进行中、上节段墩身精准对位。本发明创造减少墩身节段之间的安装对位时间,达到快速精准对位效果。
