The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering, in particular to a prefabricated pier column steel bar integral hoisting device which comprises a hanging bar and a connecting steel bar, side steel bars are fixed to the lower end of the hanging bar, and the side steel bars are welded to the two sides of the upper end of the connecting steel bar; and meanwhile, the lower ends of the connecting steel bars are fixedly connected with the upper ends of steel bars of the prefabricated pier column through steel bar connecting assemblies. According to the hoisting device, the lower end of the reinforcing steel bar rod and the upper end of the reinforcing steel bar of the prefabricated pier column are fixedly connected through the fastening steel wire and the symmetrically-arranged semi-ring sleeves, so that after hoisting is completed, the lower end of the reinforcing steel bar rod and the upper end of the reinforcing steel bar of the prefabricated pier column can be directly separated by directly releasing the fastening steel wire; therefore, the purpose of reusing the hoisting device can be achieved, the concept of green construction is met, meanwhile, the safety of the pier column main reinforcement can be improved, and the concept of high-quality construction is met.

    本发明涉及桥梁工程技术领域,具体是一种预制墩柱钢筋整体吊装装置,包括有吊筋和连接钢筋,所述吊筋的下端固定有侧钢筋,所述侧钢筋焊接在连接钢筋的上端两侧,同时所述连接钢筋的下端通过钢筋接驳组件与预制墩柱的钢筋上端进行固定连接。本发明的吊装装置通过紧固钢丝和对称设置的半环套,将钢筋杆的下端和预制墩柱的钢筋上端进行固定连接,从而在吊装完成后,可直接通过将紧固钢丝进行放绳,即可直接将钢筋杆的下端和预制墩柱的钢筋上端进行分离,进而可以达到对吊装装置进行重复使用的目的,符合绿色施工的理念,同时还可以提高墩柱主筋的安全性,符合高品质施工的理念。
