The invention provides a large-opening load cabin of a space station. The large-opening load cabin is composed of a cabin body structure (1), a load module (2), a load supporting seat (3), a load auxiliary support (4), a mechanical arm (5) and a guide rail (6). The load cabin is cylindrical and can be used as a part of an independent cabin section of the space station, various load modules can be mounted in the load cabin, and a large opening is formed in one transverse side of the load cabin to ensure that the load modules can enter and exit from the cabin safely. The load module is further connected with the cabin body through a mechanical arm and used for pushing the load module out of/withdrawing the load module into the cabin body and conducting positioning and pointing on the load module. The mechanical arm is installed on a guide rail on one side of a large opening of the cabin structure and moves on the guide rail to position different positions of the load module so as to expand the movement range of the load module. The load cabin can meet the requirement that the space station view field pointing type effective load can meet the fairing envelope limitation and cannot be shielded by view fields of other structures and equipment on the space station.

    本发明提供了一种空间站大开口载荷舱,由舱体结构(1)、载荷模块(2)、载荷支撑座(3)、载荷辅助支撑(4)、机械臂(5)、导轨(6)组成。该载荷舱构型为圆柱形,可以作为空间站独立舱段的一部分,内部可安装各类载荷模块,在载荷舱横向一侧开设大开口,保证载荷模块可以安全进出舱。载荷模块还通过机械臂与舱体连接,用于将载荷模块推出/收回舱体内部,以及将载荷模块进行定位指向。机械臂安装在舱体结构大开口一侧的导轨上,通过在导轨上的移动,实现对载荷模块的不同位置的定位,以扩展载荷模块的运动范围。该载荷舱可以满足空间站视场指向类有效载荷既能在满足整流罩包络限制,同时又能不受空间站上其它结构与设备的视场遮挡。
