The invention provides a torque control method and device, a vehicle and a readable storage medium, the method is applied to the technical field of vehicles, and the method comprises the following steps: when the vehicle is in a low-temperature environment, responding to rotation of a steering wheel of the vehicle; acquiring an initial output torque of a hand feeling simulation motor of the vehicle and determining a first compensation torque of the hand feeling simulation motor, wherein the hand feeling simulation motor is connected with a steering wheel of the vehicle; based on the initial output torque and the first compensation torque, target output torque is determined, and the target output torque is smaller than the initial output torque; and controlling the hand feeling simulation motor to output the target output torque. According to the method, when the vehicle is in a low-temperature environment, the hand power needed by a driver for rotating the steering wheel can be reduced, so that the control performance of the vehicle is improved, and the driving comfort is improved.
