According to the invention, only two layers of turn-up cord fabric layer A and cord fabric layer B can be arranged, and the turn-up end point butt joint part of the two sides of the cord fabric layer B reaches the center position of the tire crown, so that the reinforcing effect is achieved, the tire crown modulus can be increased, the maximum speed of the tire is effectively improved, and the service life of the tire is prolonged; and the situation that two reinforcing positive wrapping cord fabric layers need to be additionally arranged for an existing oblique crossing aircraft tire to guarantee the integrity of the tire is not needed, the number of the cord fabric layers is effectively reduced under the condition that the aircraft tire bears a certain load, the weight of the tire is reduced, meanwhile, the machining procedures can be reduced, and the economical efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于航空轮胎技术领域,具体地说是一种适用于小规格航空轮胎的轻量化斜交胎体结构,包括气密层、胎侧胶层、上胎面胶层、胎体帘布层,胎体帘布层包括钢丝圈、三角胶、帘布层A、帘布层B及下胎面胶层。本发明可仅设置两层的反包的帘布层A及帘布层B,并通过使帘布层B的两侧反包端点对接处到达胎冠中心位置,起到补强作用的同时,可以增加胎冠模量,有效提高轮胎的最大速度,增加轮胎的使用寿命,而无须如现有斜交航空轮胎需要额外设置两层补强正包帘布层以保证轮胎的一体性,在满足航空轮胎承受一定的载荷条件下,有效减少帘布层数、降低轮胎重量,同时也可减少加工工序,提高了经济性。
