The invention discloses an aircraft tire structure suitable for a transporter, which relates to the field of aircraft tire designing and manufacturing. The structure comprises tread rubber, sidewall rubber, inner liner rubber, a first carcass reinforced cord fabric group, a second carcass reinforced cord fabric group, a third carcass reinforced cord fabric group, chafer and a plurality of bead cores. The first carcass reinforced cord fabric group comprises a plurality of reversely-wrapped tire body cord fabric groups which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, each reversely-wrapped tire body cord fabric group reversely wraps a tire bead core from inside to outside, each reversely-wrapped tire body cord fabric group comprises a plurality of reversely-wrapped tire body cord fabrics, and the reversely-wrapped endpoints of the reversely-wrapped tire body cord fabrics are located below the horizontal axis of the tire section; and the second carcass reinforced cord fabric group is positioned above the horizontal axis of the tire section, and the third carcass reinforced cord fabric group positively wraps the bottoms of the plurality of reversely-wrapped tire body cord fabric groups from outside to inside. According to the structure, the weight of the tire is reduced, the strength requirement of the tire body is met, and the cord fabric on the inner side of the tire body at the upper part of the tire bead is not broken during high-load and long-distance sliding of the tire.

    本发明公开一种适用于运输机的航空轮胎结构,涉及航空轮胎设计与制造领域,包括胎面胶、胎侧胶、气密层胶、第一胎体加强帘布层组、第二胎体加强帘布层组、第三胎体加强帘布层组、胎圈包布和多个胎圈芯,第一胎体加强帘布层组包括多个由内至外依次设置的反包胎体帘布层组,各反包胎体帘布层组由内向外反包一个胎圈芯,各反包胎体帘布层组包括多个反包胎体帘布,各反包胎体帘布的反包端点均位于轮胎断面水平轴的下方,第二胎体加强帘布层组位于轮胎断面水平轴的上方,第三胎体加强帘布层组由外向内正包多个反包胎体帘布层组的底部。该结构既减轻轮胎重量又满足胎体强度要求,实现了轮胎在高负荷及长距离滑行时胎圈上部的胎体内侧帘布不断裂。
