The invention discloses a variable flux memory motor and a shaftless rim underwater thruster, the motor comprises a stator, an armature winding, a rotor, a plurality of low-coercivity permanent magnets and a plurality of high-coercivity permanent magnets, the armature winding adopts a twelve-phase winding, the low-coercivity permanent magnets and the high-coercivity permanent magnets are embedded into the rotor and are alternately distributed in the circumferential direction; the low-coercivity permanent magnets are arranged on the rotor in a manner of extending in the circumferential direction, the magnetizing direction of the low-coercivity permanent magnets is radial magnetizing, and the magnetizing directions of any two adjacent low-coercivity permanent magnets are opposite; the high-coercivity permanent magnets are arranged on the rotor in a manner of extending in the radial direction, the magnetizing directions of the high-coercivity permanent magnets are tangential in the circumferential direction, and the magnetizing directions of any two adjacent high-coercivity permanent magnets are opposite; when the motor operates, the magnetization state of the low-coercivity permanent magnet is changed by applying d-axis current. According to the invention, dynamic adjustment of the magnetic flux of the motor is realized, and the operation efficiency and stability of the motor are further improved.
本发明公开了一种变磁通记忆电机及无轴轮缘水下推进器,电机包括定子、电枢绕组、转子、多个低矫顽力永磁体和多个高矫顽力永磁体,电枢绕组采用十二相绕组,低矫顽力永磁体和高矫顽力永磁体嵌入于转子内部且在圆周方向上相交替分布;低矫顽力永磁体在转子上按圆周方向延伸设置,其充磁方向为径向充磁,且任意相邻两个低矫顽力永磁体的充磁方向相反;高矫顽力永磁体在转子上按径向延伸设置,且其充磁方向为沿圆周切向充磁,且任意相邻两个高矫顽力永磁体的充磁方向相反;在电机运行时,通过施加d轴电流来改变低矫顽力永磁体的磁化状态。本发明实现了电机磁通的动态调节,并进一步提升了电机的运行效率和稳定性。
