Propelling blades are installed in an impeller connecting shell through an arranged impeller installation assembly, the independent propelling blades can be replaced by removing fixing bolts, the whole rotating structure does not need to be replaced, and therefore the maintenance cost of the propeller is reduced, the preassembled propeller is installed at the bottom of a connecting plate through an arranged steering connecting assembly, and the propeller is convenient to install and maintain. Assembly and splicing at the bottom of a ship are not needed, the installation process of the propeller is simplified, the labor intensity of propeller installation of workers is reduced, impurities in water are intercepted and cleaned through the arranged anti-winding assembly, interference caused by winding of the impurities in the propeller to rotation of propelling blades is avoided, and the service life of the propeller is prolonged. Therefore, the working stability of the propeller is guaranteed.
