The invention relates to the technical field of artificial intelligence, and discloses an emergency lane starting method and device, computer equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: inputting the video monitoring data of a plurality of observation points into a vehicle tracking model to recognize a vehicle ID and a corresponding time point; calculating traffic flow, vehicle speed, vehicle density and vehicle time occupancy at each time point to obtain traffic flow characteristics; constructing a traffic flow interruption probability model, finding a flow threshold value of an observation point according to the speed-traffic flow relation graph, and calculating a traffic flow interruption probability; and inputting the traffic flow characteristics of the current observation point and the time sequence with the label into a traffic flow interruption prediction model, predicting the traffic flow interruption probability of the next observation point, and dynamically starting an emergency lane. According to the scheme, the congestion condition of the road section provided with the emergency lane in the next time period can be predicted in real time, so that the emergency lane can be reasonably started before congestion occurs, and congestion is avoided.

    本发明涉及人工智能技术领域,公开了一种应急车道启用方法、装置、计算机设备及介质,方法包括:将多个观测点的视频监控数据输入到车辆追踪模型识别车辆ID和对应的时间点;计算每个时间点的交通流量、车辆速度、车辆密度及车辆时间占有率,得到交通流量特征;构建交通流中断概率模型,根据速度‑交通流关系图找到观测点的流量阈值,计算交通流中断概率;将当前观测点的交通流量特征加上带标签的时间序列输入交通流中断预测模型,预测下一观测点的交通流中断概率,动态启用应急车道。本方案能够实时预测下一时间段设有应急车道路段的拥堵情况,以便在拥堵发生前合理启用应急车道,避免发生拥堵。
