The invention provides an artificial intelligence-based automatic driving vehicle behavior prediction method and system. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, acquiring multi-mode driving data of a sample automatic driving vehicle and preprocessing the multi-mode driving data; feature extraction is carried out on data of different modals, and weighted fusion is carried out based on a cross-modal attention mechanism; and constructing an initial dynamic graph network model and a traffic participant behavior model, taking traffic participant behaviors as nodes, determining an interaction relationship between the nodes, and dynamically updating the weight of the edge to obtain an updated dynamic graph network model. On the basis of an attention mechanism, attention distribution of the traffic participants to surrounding obstacles is calculated, and a multi-modal feature vector is constructed and input into the dynamic graph network model to obtain updated node features; and constructing a high-level decision model according to the updated node features, and inputting the multi-modal data of the to-be-tested autonomous vehicle into the model to generate a result. According to the invention, by fusing the multi-modal data, the accuracy of behavior prediction of the automatic driving vehicle is improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于人工智能的自动驾驶车辆行为预测方法及系统,方法首先获取样本自动驾驶车辆的多模态驾驶数据并进行预处理;对不同模态的数据进行特征提取,并基于跨模态注意力机制加权融合;构建初始动态图网络模型和交通参与物行为模型,将交通参与物行为作为节点,确定节点间的交互关系,并动态更新边的权重,得到更新后的动态图网络模型。基于注意力机制,计算交通参与物对周围障碍物的注意力分布,并构建多模态特征向量,输入至动态图网络模型中,得到更新后的节点特征;根据更新后的节点特征构建高层决策模型,并将待测自动驾驶车辆的多模态数据输入该模型生成结果。本发明通过融合多模态数据,提高自动驾驶车辆行为预测的准确性。
