Through the design of the wear compensation mechanism, equipment normally brakes, and due to excessive wear of a brake pad, the output end of the hydraulic thruster needs to be shrunk downwards to compensate the wear distance compared with a normal condition.

    本发明涉及制动器技术领域,提出了一种起重机用旋转制动器,包括基座,基座的上表面固定连接有液压推动器,液压推动器的输出轴端固定连接有固定板,固定板的上表面固定连接有第一联动杆,基座的上表面固定连接有两个第一竖板,两组第一竖板的一侧活动套接有两个第一齿轮,液压推动器的一根输出轴的外圆面固定连接有联动板,联动板的一侧固定连接有连接杆,连接杆的一端固定连接有第一齿条,第一齿轮的一端固定连接有连接杆,连接杆的一端固定连接有固定框,固定框的内壁固定连接有第一弹簧。本发明通过磨损补偿机构的设计,设备正常制动,由于制动片的过度磨损,液压推动器输出端相较于正常情况,需要在再向下收缩补偿磨损的距离。
