The invention discloses a rotary brake time-delay band-type brake circuit of a tower crane, and a control method. The rotary brake time-delay band-type brake circuit is connected with a power supply VCC and a rotary brake, and the rotary brake time-delay band-type brake circuit comprises a rotation signal control unit, a timing trigger unit, a timing unit, a driving control unit and a rotation brake driving unit; the output end of the rotation signal control unit is connected with the input end of the driving control unit and the input end of the timing trigger unit, the output end of the timing trigger unit is connected with the input end of the timing unit, the output end of the timing unit is connected with the input end of the driving control unit, and the output end of the driving control unit is connected with the input end of the rotary brake driving unit; and the rotary brake time-delay band-type brake and the free deceleration parking of the tower crane are realized, the impact of the rapid band-type brake on the tower body machinery is reduced, and meanwhile, the rotary brake time -delay band-type brake has the advantages of high reliability, low cost, small size, high production and manufacturing efficiency, strong maintainability and intelligence.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机的回转制动延时抱闸电路及控制方法,与电源VCC和回转制动器相连,包括:回转信号控制单元、定时触发单元、定时单元、驱动控制单元和回转制动器驱动单元;所述回转信号控制单元输出端分别与所述驱动控制单元和所述定时触发单元的输入端相连,所述定时触发单元的输出端与所述定时单元的输入端相连,所述定时单元的输出端与所述驱动控制单元的输入端相连,所述驱动控制单元的输出端与所述回转制动器驱动单元的输入端相连;实现了塔式起重机的回转制动延时抱闸和自由减速停车,降低急速抱闸对塔身机械的冲击,同时具有高可靠性、低成本、小体积、生产制造效率高、可维护性强和智能化的优点。
