The invention provides a two-stage mechanical guiding nuclear power plant reactor internals centering hoisting device and hoisting method.The hoisting device comprises at least two first guiding columns and at least two second guiding columns, the at least two first guiding columns are correspondingly installed on the pool wall of a reactor pool, and a first guiding channel is formed between the at least two first guiding columns; the at least two second guide columns are mounted on the pressure vessel barrel flange, and a second guide channel is formed between the at least two second guide columns; the first guide channel is located above the second guide channel, and the reactor internals hanger reaches the reactor internals through the first guide channel and the second guide channel in sequence and is connected with the reactor internals. According to the hoisting device, the first guide column is arranged on the basis that the length of the second guide column is not increased, secondary positioning is adopted, the guide stroke is continuous, the situation that the structure is unstable or the position deviates greatly due to the fact that a single-stage guide column is too long in a long stroke is avoided, and the problem that hoisting work of the deep reactor core and the reactor internals is difficult to position is solved.

    本发明提供一种两级机械导向的核电厂堆内构件对中吊装装置及吊装方法,吊装装置包括至少两根第一导向柱和至少两根第二导向柱,至少两根第一导向柱对应安装于反应堆水池的池壁上,至少两个第一导向柱之间形成第一导向通道;至少两根第二导向柱安装于压力容器筒体法兰,至少两根第二导向柱之间形成第二导向通道;第一导向通道位于第二导向通道的上方,堆内构件吊具依次经第一导向通道和第二导向通道到达堆内构件并与堆内构件进行连接。上述吊装装置,在不增加第二导向柱长度的基础上设置第一导向柱,采用二次定位,导向行程连续,避免了长行程下单级导向柱过长结构失稳或位置出现较大偏移的情况,解决了深堆芯堆内构件吊装工作定位困难的问题。
