The invention discloses a centering device for electric permanent magnet hoisting. The centering device for electric permanent magnet hoisting comprises a machine base, clamping arms, elastic return pieces and clamping arm auxiliary pieces, wherein one ends of the clamping arms are rotationally connected with the machine base, the elastic return pieces are arranged at positions adjacent to the rotating connecting ends between the clamping arms and the machine base, and the elastic return pieces are used for providing inward return force for the clamping arms when the clamping arms are opened under the action of external force. The clamping arms can automatically adjust the relative position between a lifting appliance and a lifted object along with the downward movement of the lifting appliance, balance the stress of four corners, can complete centering before an electric permanent magnet makes contact with the lifted object, and make direct contact with a pipeline on the basis of centering completion, and the electric permanent magnet can make perfect contact; the opening degrees of the clamping arms with elastic structures can be automatically adjusted and adapt to steel pipes inany range; and the mounting structure is simple, and the occupied space is small.
