The invention relates to a vehicle steering angle correction method and device, a vehicle controller and a readable storage medium. The vehicle speed and the wheel angle are obtained in real time, whether the vehicle execution angle is matched with the wheel angle or not is determined under the condition that it is determined that the vehicle runs linearly according to the vehicle speed and the wheel angle, and the vehicle execution angle is corrected based on the wheel angle under the condition that it is determined that the vehicle execution angle is not matched with the wheel angle.
