The invention provides a hybrid suspension for an automobile crane, a control method and the automobile crane, and relates to the technical field of hoisting. The hybrid suspension comprises a plate spring suspension, an inclination angle detection assembly, a control valve assembly and two suspension oil cylinder assemblies. The plate spring suspension is arranged on the lower portion of one end of the frame. The inclination angle detection assembly is arranged on the frame; the control valve assembly is electrically connected with the inclination angle detection assembly; the two suspension oil cylinder assemblies are arranged on the lower portion of the other end of the frame and arranged in the width direction of the frame in a spaced mode. And the two groups of suspension oil cylinder assemblies are respectively communicated with the control valve assembly. According to the hybrid suspension, the inclination angle of the frame is detected through the inclination angle detection assembly, and the two suspension oil cylinder assemblies are controlled to stretch or retract through the control valve assembly according to the inclination angle, so that the frame is leveled; as a length sensor of the suspension oil cylinder is not required to be arranged, the two groups of suspension oil cylinder assemblies are controlled to extend or retract only through the control valve assembly, and the suspension oil cylinder assembly has the advantages of simple structure, high stability and low production cost.

    本发明提供一种汽车起重机用混合悬架、控制方法及汽车起重机,涉及起重技术领域。混合悬架包括板簧悬架、倾角检测组件、控制阀组件和两组悬挂油缸组件,板簧悬架设置于车架一端的下部;倾角检测组件设置于车架;控制阀组件与倾角检测组件电连接;两组悬挂油缸组件设置于车架另一端的下部,并沿车架的宽度方向间隔布置;两组悬挂油缸组件分别与控制阀组件连通。本发明提供的混合悬架通过倾角检测组件检测车架的倾斜角度,通过控制阀组件根据倾斜角度来控制两组悬挂油缸组件伸长或缩短,以将车架调平;由于无需设置悬挂油缸的长度传感器,仅通过控制阀组件来控制两组悬挂油缸组件伸长或缩短,具有结构简单,稳定性高以及生产成本低的优点。
