The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery hydraulic pressure, and discloses a suspension arm hydraulic control system and an automobile crane, the suspension arm hydraulic control system comprises a telescopic oil cylinder and an energy accumulator, and the energy accumulator is connected with a rod cavity working oil way of the telescopic oil cylinder through an energy accumulator connecting oil way provided with an energy accumulator switching valve; the controller is configured to determine that the suspension arm is in a retraction transportation state; and the energy accumulator switching valve is controlled, so that the energy accumulator connecting oil way is communicated with the rod cavity working oil way. The valve for preventing the suspension arm from moving forwards is simple and reliable in structure, long-time pressure maintaining of a rod cavity of a telescopic oil cylinder in the running state of an automobile crane can be achieved, and therefore inertia generated by emergency braking in the automobile running process is counteracted, and the suspension arm is prevented from moving forwards.
