The tire is designed according to existing requirements, a sealing rubber layer can be built in the tire, the problem of puncture air leakage is avoided, when the temperature in the tire is too high, a convection heat dissipation structure can be built to conduct heat removal treatment on the interior of the tire, and when the temperature cannot be lowered, the spraying part can be triggered to work; and separate cooling and water cooling are combined for cooling, so that the tire is prevented from being in an overheating state, and the explosion-proof performance of the tire is ensured.

    本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,具体公开了一种防爆式汽车轮胎,用以解决现有技术中防爆性能不佳的问题;包括轮毂以及设置在轮毂外侧的胎体,所述胎体的内壁涂敷有密封胶层,这样即使密封胶层被扎破了也可以保持气密性,不会出现快速漏气导致爆胎的问题,所述轮毂内侧中心位置设有连接环,所述连接环上设有一个固定套。本发明针对现有需要进行设计,可以在轮胎内部构建密封胶层,避免出现刺穿漏气的问题,并且在轮胎内部温度过高的时候,可以构建对流散热结构对轮胎内部进行排热处理,当温度无法下降时可以触发喷雾件工作,将分冷和水冷相结合进行降温,避免轮胎处于过热的状态,保证了轮胎的防爆性能。
