The present invention discloses a novel automobile explosion-proof tire material, which is composed of the following raw materials by weight: 60-70 parts of styrene-butadiene rubber, 30-40 parts of natural rubber, 40-50 parts of carbon black N660 1-2 parts of an antioxidant aw, 2-6 parts of zinc oxide, 0.8-1 parts of sulfur, 0.3-1 part of an accelerant NS, 4-6 parts of palm wax, 2-3 parts of aluminum silicate fiber, 4-7 parts of thermally stable resin, 1-2 parts of hollow glass beads, 3-4 parts of dibutyl phthalate and 1-2 parts of aluminium dihydrogen phosphate. The present invention uses an alkali lignin and hydroxyethyl cellulose, which are subjected to silane coupling agent surface treatment, so as to improve the reactivity; and amine modification improves thermal stability; and finally addition to a phenolic resin system formed by the reaction of formaldehyde and phenol effectively improves the heat resistance, adhesion and mechanical properties of the resin blend. The combined usage of thermally stable resin, the hollow glass beads, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and silicate fiber greatly improves the thermal stability if a finished tire material, effectively reduces the excessive pressure rise caused by temperature, and reduces the probability of tire deformation and the risk of puncture.
