The invention discloses a vehicle BMS high-voltage sampling system based on isolated high-voltage sampling, and the system comprises a voltage dividing module which is used for dividing the voltage collected by a BMS and then outputting the voltage, and an isolated operational amplifier module which is used for inputting the divided voltage to the isolated operational amplifier module, converting the input voltage from a differential-mode voltage to a common-mode voltage and then outputting the common-mode voltage, the isolation operational amplifier module inputs a common-mode voltage to the operational amplifier module, the operational amplifier module converts the input common-mode voltage into a differential-mode AD voltage value and outputs AD voltage value data, and the low-voltage control module is electrically connected with the operational amplifier module. The operational amplification module inputs AD voltage value data to the low-voltage control module, and the low-voltage control module collects an AD voltage value and sends the AD voltage value to a whole vehicle control unit of the vehicle; according to the invention, the architecture of the double-high-voltage sampling system is simplified, and the high-voltage sampling stability is improved; the use of high-low voltage isolation devices is reduced, and the high-low voltage electrical isolation capability is improved.

    本申请公开一种基于隔离式高压采样的车辆BMS高压采样系统,包括分压模块,用于对BMS采集的电压进行分压后输出,隔离运放模块,分压模块输入分压后的电压至隔离运放模块,隔离运放模块将输入的电压由差模电压转换为共模电压后输出,运算放大模块,隔离运放模块输入共模电压至运算放大模块,运算放大模块将输入的共模电压转换为差模的AD电压值,并输出AD电压值数据,低压控制模块,低压控制模块与运算放大模块电性连接,运算放大模块将AD电压值数据输入至低压控制模块,低压控制模块采集AD电压值并发送至车辆的整车控制单元;本申请简化双高压采样系统架构,提高高压采样的稳定性;减少高低压隔离器件使用,提高了高低压电气隔离的能力。
