The identification method comprises the following steps: acquiring an output voltage sampling signal of the step-down DC circuit; determining that the output voltage sampling signal exceeds a target working voltage range of the step-down DC circuit; acquiring a voltage value of the power battery and a voltage value of the storage battery; and determining that the output voltage sampling signal is invalid according to the voltage value of the power battery and/or the voltage value of the storage battery, and triggering a protection mechanism. According to the method, the system and the vehicle, the effectiveness of the output voltage sampling signal of the step-down DC circuit in the vehicle-mounted charging system can be identified, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
