The embodiment of the invention belongs to the technical field of battery management and unmanned ship energy management, and relates to a battery management method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: receiving real-time state data, collected by a sensor network in real time, of a target battery; performing preprocessing operation on the real-time state data to obtain preprocessed state data; performing feature extraction operation on the preprocessed state data to obtain feature extraction data; calling an LSTM model, and inputting the feature extraction data into the LSTM model for power consumption prediction operation to obtain a real-time power consumption prediction result; and dynamically adjusting the discharge depth and the discharge rate of the target battery according to the real-time power consumption prediction result. According to the method, the LSTM model and rule correction are combined, so that the dynamic judgment and strategy optimization of the deep discharge condition of the battery are realized, and the accuracy and reliability of battery management can be remarkably improved in a complex environment.
