The invention relates to a power battery thermal management method and device, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the steps of obtaining vehicle historical operation data, vehicle battery real-time state data and vehicle real-time operation data, determining thermal management start-stop sign power based on the vehicle historical operation data, determining power battery dischargeable power based on the vehicle battery real-time state data, and determining thermal management start-stop sign power based on the thermal management start-stop sign power. The vehicle demand power is determined based on the vehicle real-time operation data, whether thermal management is started or not is determined based on the thermal management start-stop sign power, the power battery dischargeable power and the vehicle demand power, and real-time adjustment can be conducted according to the vehicle using demand of a driver and the actual driving demand; and the flexibility and practicability of thermal management of the power battery are improved.
