The invention relates to the field of systems with energy accumulators, and discloses an active suspension actuator, a system, an adjusting method and a vehicle. The active suspension actuator comprises a cylinder barrel, an upper connector, a lower connector and a piston rod, a main cavity, an upper cavity and a lower cavity are formed in the cylinder barrel, and the upper cavity and the lower cavity are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction; upper through holes which are communicated with each other are formed between the main cavity and the upper cavity, an upper vibration absorption layer is arranged on the inner side wall of the upper cavity, lower through holes which are communicated with each other are formed between the main cavity and the lower cavity, and a lower vibration absorption layer is arranged on the inner side wall of the lower cavity; the upper connector is connected to the outer side of the cylinder barrel. The lower joint is connected to the outer side of the cylinder barrel; according to the active suspension, vibration absorption and buffering are carried out on flowing liquid, the influence of pressure pulsation on the piston rod is effectively reduced, active force output by the piston rod outwards is more accurate and stable, and therefore the performance of the active suspension is improved.

    本发明涉及带蓄能器的系统领域,公开了一种主动悬架执行器、系统、调节方法及车辆,其中主动悬架执行器包括缸筒、上接头、下接头与活塞杆,缸筒内部形成有主腔体、上腔体与下腔体,上腔体与下腔体沿上下方向间隔设置,主腔体与上腔体之间设置有相互连通的上通孔,上腔体内侧壁设置有上吸振层,主腔体与下腔体之间设置有相互连通的下通孔,下腔体内侧壁设置有下吸振层;上接头连接于缸筒外侧;下接头连接于缸筒外侧;活塞杆位于缸筒内,活塞杆的顶端穿出缸筒的上端,本发明通过对流动的液体进行吸振、缓冲,有效降低了压力脉动对活塞杆产生的影响,使得活塞杆向外输出的主动力更加精准、稳定,从而提高主动悬架性能。
