The invention relates to the technical field of tower crane obstacle avoidance, and particularly discloses a tower crane automatic obstacle avoidance system which comprises a positioning module, an obstacle monitoring module, a PLC control module, an electric control and brake module and a feedback module. The positioning module monitors the movement track and angle change of the tower crane boom in real time; the obstacle monitoring module monitors the surrounding environment of the tower crane in real time through a laser radar and an ultrasonic sensor; the PLC control module is used for receiving real-time data and analyzing the current position, angle and surrounding environment of the tower crane; the electric control and brake module is used for monitoring real-time data from the positioning module and the obstacle monitoring module and rapidly cutting off the power of the rotary motor when the tower crane enters a dangerous area; and the feedback module allows an operator to carry out manual intervention in an emergency through a foot switch function. According to the invention, potential safety hazards caused by human errors are reduced, and the safety of the tower crane in operation in a complex environment is ensured.

    本发明涉及塔吊避障技术领域,具体公开了一种塔吊自动避障系统,所述系统包括定位模块、障碍物监测模块、PLC控制模块、电控与制动模块和反馈模块;所述定位模块实时监控塔吊起重臂的运动轨迹与角度变化;所述障碍物监测模块通过激光雷达和超声波传感器实时监测塔吊周围环境;所述PLC控制模块接收实时数据,分析塔吊的当前位置、角度及周围环境;所述电控与制动模块通过监测来自定位模块和障碍物监测模块的实时数据,在塔吊进入危险区域时迅速切断回转电动机动力;所述反馈模块通过脚踏开关功能允许操作人员在紧急情况下进行手动干预。本发明降低了因人为失误带来的安全隐患,确保塔吊在复杂环境中作业的安全性。
