The invention provides a ship acute angle welding structure and a welding method thereof. The ship acute angle welding structure comprises a first splicing plate, a second splicing plate, a first acute angle plate, a second acute angle plate and a middle transition plate. The edge of the second splice plate is aligned with the edge of the first splice plate; one side of the splicing part of the first splicing plate and the second splicing plate is inserted into the acute-angle end of the first acute-angle plate; the other side of the splicing part of the first splicing plate and the second splicing plate is inserted into the acute angle end of the second acute angle plate; the middle transition plate is arranged in a center hole in the middle position defined by the first splicing plate, the second splicing plate, the first acute angle plate and the second acute angle plate. The acute angle smaller than a certain angle is converted into a welding joint with a large angle, stress concentration is reduced, and the technical problem that in the prior art, follow-up work such as flaw detection is needed for welding at the intersection of the acute angle, and consequently the cost of a welding structure and method in the prior art is high is solved.
