The invention discloses a ship A-shaped bin mounting structure and a welding method thereof. The mounting structure comprises a natural gas bin, wherein the natural gas bin is sequentially provided with a main shielding object inner container, a detection inner cavity, a secondary shielding object outer container, an isolation plate and a shell from inside to outside, a storage cavity is formed inthe main shielding object inner container, and a plurality of sets of compression-resistant supporting frames are evenly and perpendicularly arranged in the storage cavity; and the detection inner cavity is located between the main shield inner container and the secondary shield outer container, the isolation plate is installed on the outer side of the secondary shield outer container, the shellis installed on the outer side of the isolation plate, and three sets of installation grooves are formed in the top of the shell at equal intervals. The supporting plates are evenly installed on the surface of the natural gas bin, the stability of the natural gas bin and the ship body is effectively improved through connecting pieces connected to the ship body in the groove holes of the supportingplates, and the sealing performance and safety of the interior of the natural gas bin can be effectively improved by arranging the multiple layers of inner containers in the natural gas bin.

    本发明公开了一种船舶A型仓安装结构及其焊接方法,包括天然气仓,天然气仓从内到外依次设置有主屏蔽物内胆、检测内腔、次级屏蔽物外胆、隔离板和外壳,主屏蔽物内胆内部形成有存储腔,存储腔内均匀垂直设置有若干组抗压支撑架,检测内腔位于主屏蔽物内胆与次级屏蔽物外胆之间,隔离板安装在次级屏蔽物外胆的外侧,外壳安装于隔离板的外侧,外壳的顶部等距开设有三组安装槽。本发明在天然气仓的表面均匀安装有支护板,通过将支护板的槽孔内连接于船体相连接的连接件有效的提高天然气仓与船体的稳定性,并在天然气仓的内部设置有多层内胆可以有效的提高天然气仓内部的密封性和安全性。
