本发明公开了一种船舶A型仓安装结构及其焊接方法,包括天然气仓,天然气仓从内到外依次设置有主屏蔽物内胆、检测内腔、次级屏蔽物外胆、隔离板和外壳,主屏蔽物内胆内部形成有存储腔,存储腔内均匀垂直设置有若干组抗压支撑架,检测内腔位于主屏蔽物内胆与次级屏蔽物外胆之间,隔离板安装在次级屏蔽物外胆的外侧,外壳安装于隔离板的外侧,外壳的顶部等距开设有三组安装槽。本发明在天然气仓的表面均匀安装有支护板,通过将支护板的槽孔内连接于船体相连接的连接件有效的提高天然气仓与船体的稳定性,并在天然气仓的内部设置有多层内胆可以有效的提高天然气仓内部的密封性和安全性。
