The invention relates to the technical field of energy conservation and new energy, and discloses an electric vehicle integrated heat management system which comprises a refrigerant loop and a cooling liquid loop. The refrigerant loop and the cooling liquid loop realize heat interaction through the plate heat exchanger; a compressor, an eight-way valve, an in-cabin heat exchanger, a gas-liquid separator, a first heating assembly, a first electronic expansion valve, a second electronic expansion valve, a third electronic expansion valve, a battery direct cooling plate and a first external heat exchanger are arranged on the refrigerant loop; a radiator, a three-way water valve, an electric driving system, a motor water pump, an expansion water tank, a second external heat exchanger and a second heating assembly are arranged on the cooling liquid loop. The problems that a battery electric vehicle thermal management system is numerous in component, complex in loop and high in failure rate are solved.
