The invention provides an electric automobile integrated thermal management system control method, which is characterized in that: electric automobile thermal management is divided into three sectionsincluding a passenger compartment, a battery and a motor/electric controller, and the control method comprises the steps of: (1) collecting driver operation signals, environment information and partstates, and putting forward the mode switching requirements of all the sections; (2) performing switching to a corresponding thermal management mode according to the mode switching requirement of eachsection; (3) controlling a corresponding actuator to actuate according to the thermal management mode of each section; and (4) since the system has a certain integration degree, when the modes of thesections are switched, partial actuator actions possibly conflict, so that priority judgment is performed on the conflicting actions, the sections are perfectly matched, and a required mode is smoothly switched.
本发明提出一种电动汽车集成化热管理系统控制方法,其特征在于,将电动汽车热管理分为三大版块,包括乘员舱、电池、电机/电控,控制方法步骤包括(1)采集驾驶员操作信号、环境信息与部件状态,提出各版块的模式切换需求;(2)根据各版块的模式切换需求切换到相应的热管理模式;(3)根据各板块的热管理模式控制相应的执行器作动;(4)由于系统具有一定集成度,各版块进行模式切换时部分执行器作动可能存在冲突,故对有冲突的作动进行优先级判断,使个版块之间完美配合,顺利切换到所需模式。
