The invention provides an automatic rail-falling positioning system and method for a railway vehicle, and the system comprises a laser radar which is disposed at one side of a rail and is used for obtaining a first-class point cloud reflecting the contour of the railway vehicle, and the railway vehicle is a vehicle for both roads and railways; the controller is electrically connected with the laser radar and is used for determining a plurality of second-class point clouds representing the side vehicle body of the railway vehicle in the first-class point clouds; and the controller is also used for fitting the second type of point clouds, determining the relative position between the railway vehicle and the laser radar based on a fitting result, and determining the position of the railway vehicle according to the relative position and the position of the laser radar. The relative position of the railway vehicle and the laser radar is judged by determining the vehicle body direction of the railway vehicle, and rail falling positioning of the railway vehicle in revolution iron operation is achieved.
本发明提供一种铁道车辆自动落轨定位系统及方法,其系统包括:激光雷达,设置于轨道一侧,用于获取反射铁道车辆轮廓的第一类点云,其中,所述铁道车辆为用于公铁两用车辆;控制器,与所述激光雷达电连接,用于在所述第一类点云中确定多个表征所述铁道车辆侧面车身的第二类点云;所述控制器还用于对所述第二类点云拟合并基于拟合结果确定所述铁道车辆与所述激光雷达之间的相对位置,并根据所述相对位置及所述激光雷达的位置确定所述铁道车辆的位置。本发明通过确定铁道车辆的车身方向来判断铁道车辆与激光雷达的相对位置,实现对“公转铁”作业中铁道车辆的落轨定位。
