The invention discloses a power distribution network electric vehicle combined low-carbon scheduling method and system, and is used for solving the technical problem of overhigh scheduling cost caused by the existing power distribution network electric vehicle combined scheduling method. The method comprises the following steps: setting a first constraint condition by taking the operation cost minimization of the electric vehicle as an optimization target, and constructing a lower-layer model by taking the aggregator data of the electric vehicle as a decision variable; taking the minimum carbon perception operation cost of the power distribution network as an optimization target, setting a second constraint condition, taking power distribution system operator data corresponding to the power distribution network as a decision variable, and constructing an upper layer model; based on the initial electric vehicle aggregator data, performing joint optimization solution on the upper layer model and the lower layer model, and outputting target power distribution system operator data and target electric vehicle aggregator data; and taking the target power distribution system operator data and the target electric vehicle aggregator data as a power distribution network electric vehicle joint low-carbon scheduling scheme.

    本发明公开了提供了一种配电网电动汽车联合低碳调度方法及系统,用于解决现有的配电网电动汽车联合调度方法导致调度成本过大技术问题。方法包括以电动汽车运营成本最小为优化目标,设置第一约束条件,以电动汽车聚合器数据为决策变量,构建下层模型;以配电网的碳感知运行成本最小为优化目标,设置第二约束条件,以配电网对应的配电系统运营商数据为决策变量,构建上层模型;基于初始电动汽车聚合器数据,对上层模型和下层模型进行联合优化求解,输出目标配电系统运营商数据和目标电动汽车聚合器数据;将目标配电系统运营商数据和目标电动汽车聚合器数据作为配电网电动汽车联合低碳调度方案。
