The invention discloses a power distribution network system collaborative optimization scheduling method based on wind power-photovoltaic-electric vehicle grid connection, and belongs to the field of power distribution network optimization scheduling. The method comprises the following steps: 1) establishing a new energy power generation model and an electric vehicle load characteristic model; 2) based on the energy output prediction model, using an IEEE-33 node model to realize operation of each model at each node, and establishing a power distribution network integrated energy system operation optimization model; 3) establishing a charging and discharging scheduling scheme through the electric vehicle load characteristic model; and 4) setting a plurality of scheduling strategy scenes in combination with the new energy power generation model generated in the step 1), so that the power distribution network integrated energy system operation optimization model established in the step 2) operates under the multi-scene condition. According to the method, the flexibility of the system is improved, the power distribution network can be well subjected to peak clipping and valley filling, the new energy consumption capacity of the power distribution network is improved, the voltage level of the power distribution network system is improved, and the network loss of the system is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于风力‑光伏‑电动汽车并网的配电网系统协同优化调度方法,属于配电网优化调度领域;本发明的步骤为:1)建立新能源发电模型以及电动汽车负荷特性模型;2)基于能源出力预测模型,利用IEEE‑33节点模型实现各模型在各个节点进行运行,建立配电网综合能源系统运行优化模型;3)通过电动汽车负荷特性模型,建立充放电调度方案;4)结合步骤1)生成的新能源发电模型,设置多个调度策略场景情境,使步骤2)建立的配电网综合能源系统运行优化模型在多场景情况下运行。本发明提高了系统的灵活性,使得配电网能够很好的削峰填谷,同时提高了配电网对新能源的消纳能力,改善配电网系统电压水平,降低了系统网络损耗。
