The invention belongs to the technical field of hydraulic machinery, and particularly relates to a suspended pneumatic hydraulic cylinder which comprises a cylinder barrel assembly, a piston rod assembly, a guide sleeve assembly, a compression valve assembly and a stop valve assembly. In the cylinder barrel assembly, a cylinder barrel and a top cover are fixedly connected together; the spherical support is fixedly connected into the spherical curved surface on the left side of the top cover through the ball head pressing disc, and the valve rod is pressed into a round hole in the center of the right side of the top cover through the valve rod pressing disc. In the piston rod assembly, a piston, a piston rod and a shock absorber partition plate assembly are fixedly connected with a bottom cover, a ball head is supported and pressed in a spherical curved surface of the bottom cover through a ball head pressing disc, and a compression valve assembly and a stop valve assembly are correspondingly installed in shock absorber partition plate holes. And the guide sleeve assembly is screwed in the inner threaded hole of the cylinder barrel. After the piston rod assembly, the cylinder barrel assembly and the guide sleeve assembly are installed in a matched mode, linear reciprocating motion can be achieved under driving of external loads, and meanwhile variable damping adjustment can be achieved in the motion process. The device is reliable in structure integration, large in bearing capacity, reliable in transmission and convenient to repair and maintain.

    本发明属于液压机械技术领域,具体涉及一种悬挂气动液压缸,包括缸筒总成、活塞杆总成、导向套总成、压缩阀总成、终止阀组件。缸筒总成中,缸筒和顶盖固连在一起;球头压盘将球形支撑固连在顶盖左侧的球形曲面内,阀杆压盘将阀杆压装在顶盖右侧中心位置的圆孔内。活塞杆总成中,活塞、活塞杆、减振器隔板组件与底盖固连,球头压盘将球头支撑压装在底盖球形曲面内,在减振器隔板孔内对应安装有压缩阀总成、终止阀总成。导向套总成拧装在缸筒的内螺纹孔内。活塞杆总成与缸筒总成以及导向套总成配合安装完成后,在外部载荷的驱动下可实现直线的往复运动,同时运动过程中可实现可变阻尼调节。本发明结构集成可靠,承载力大、传动可靠、维修保养方便。
