The invention relates to the technical field of elevator traction system control, and discloses an elevator traction system braking force monitoring method and system and a terminal. The braking force monitoring method comprises the following steps that elevator digital twin bodies are constructed; a control program is configured, the elevator digital twinning body is controlled to move, and the movement of the elevator digital twinning body is kept consistent with the movement of the elevator physical entity; configuring an elevator car ascending braking force monitoring model and an elevator car descending braking force monitoring model, wherein the elevator car ascending braking force monitoring model and the elevator car descending braking force monitoring model are both braking force monitoring models for introducing compensation of a steel wire rope, a compensation chain, a traveling cable and a traction wheel; when the elevator car ascends, operating the elevator car ascending braking force monitoring model to obtain an ascending braking force monitoring result; and when the elevator car descends, the elevator car descending braking force monitoring model is operated to obtain a descending braking force monitoring result. According to the invention, the braking performance of the traction system can be monitored more accurately and conveniently.

    本发明涉及电梯曳引系统控制技术领域,公开一种电梯曳引系统制动力监测方法、系统及终端。制动力监测方法包括如下步骤:构建电梯数字孪生体;配置控制程序,控制电梯数字孪生体运动,电梯数字孪生体的运动与电梯物理实体的运动保持一致;配置电梯轿厢上行制动力监测模型和电梯轿厢下行制动力监测模型,电梯轿厢上行制动力监测模型和电梯轿厢下行制动力监测模型均为引入钢丝绳、补偿链、随行电缆、曳引轮补偿的制动力监测模型;电梯轿厢上行时,运行电梯轿厢上行制动力监测模型,以获取上行制动力监测结果;电梯轿厢下行时,运行电梯轿厢下行制动力监测模型,以获取下行制动力监测结果。本发明能够更加精准便捷地监测曳引系统的制动性能。
