The system comprises an elevator traction machine and a control system, and is characterized in that the control system is composed of a detection module, a control module, an early warning module and a camera module; wherein the detection module is composed of a use sensing element, a use frequency accumulation element, a frequency accumulation quantity sensor, a weight calculation element, a weight accumulation element, a weight accumulation weight sensor and a maintenance signal emitter, and the use sensing element and the weight calculation element are electrically connected with the output end of the elevator traction machine; and the early warning module is composed of a rotating speed detection element, an alarm element and a weight detection element, and the rotating speed detection element and the weight detection element are electrically connected with the output end of the elevator traction machine.
