The invention belongs to the field of overall design of propeller hub structures, and particularly relates to an electric propulsion rotor system with variable pitch of an internal control rotor. Comprising blades (1), variable pitch steering engines (2), direct drive motors (3), propeller hubs (4) and steering engine connecting bolts (5), the propeller hubs (4), the direct drive motors (3) and the variable pitch steering engines (2) are arranged from top to bottom, and propeller shells of the propeller hubs (4) are directly fixed to driving shafts of the direct drive motors (3); a control mechanism of the propeller hub (4) is directly connected with the variable-pitch steering engine (2) through a steering engine connecting bolt (5), the control mechanism of the propeller hub (4) comprises a control rod and a variable-pitch shifting sleeve, and the variable-pitch shifting sleeve is arranged on the control rod in a sleeving mode and is pressed and fixed through a shifting sleeve fixing nut; the paddle (1) is connected with the variable-pitch shifting sleeve through a rocker arm, the variable-pitch steering engine (2) moves up and down to drive the control mechanism to move up and down linearly, the vertical linear motion is further converted into variable-pitch motion of the paddle (1), and a shell of the direct drive motor (3) is fixed to a shell of the variable-pitch steering engine (2).
