The invention discloses a rotor variable total pitch mechanism which comprises a transmission shaft, a push rod parallel to the transmission shaft is arranged in the transmission shaft, and one end of the push rod abuts against a variable pitch disc; two parallel clamping plates are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the transmission shaft, a spherical hinge is arranged between the two clamping plates, positioning blocks are arranged at the two ends of the spherical hinge respectively, the positioning blocks are fixedly connected with the clamping plates, a rotor wing is arranged on the spherical hinge, a variable-pitch connecting rod seat is fixedly connected to the rotor, and a variable-pitch connecting rod is hinged to the variable-pitch connecting rod seat; and the end, away from the variable-pitch connecting rod base, of the variable-pitch connecting rod is hinged to the variable-pitch disc. An upward acting force is applied to the variable-pitch disc through the push rod, and the upward movement of the variable-pitch disc applies an acting force to the rotor wing through the variable-pitch connecting rod, so that the rotor wing inclines upwards by a certain angle around the spherical hinge, and the purpose of adjusting the total pitch of the rotor wing is achieved. The mechanism does not adopts complicated movable disc and fixed disc structures. The mechanism has the advantages of simple operation, reliable structure and light weight, and is convenient for large-scale popularization and application.

    本发明公开了一种旋翼变总距机构,包括传动轴,传动轴内设置有与传动轴平行的推杆,推杆的一端抵接有变距盘;传动轴外壁固定连接有两个相互平行的夹板,两个夹板之间均设置有球铰,球铰的两端分别设置有定位块,定位块与夹板固定连接,球铰上设置有旋翼,旋翼上固定连接有变距连杆座,变距连杆座上铰接有变距连杆,变距连杆远离变距连杆座的一端与变距盘铰接。本发明通过推杆给变距盘一个向上的作用力,变距盘的向上运动将通过变距连杆给旋翼一个作用力,使得旋翼围绕球铰向上倾斜一定的角度,以达到调整旋翼总距的目的,本机构未采用复杂的动盘,定盘结构,具有操作简单、结构可靠、重量较轻的优点,便于大量推广使用。
