The invention discloses a charging circuit of a battery and an electric vehicle. The charging circuit comprises the battery, a direct current charging interface, a switch tube combination circuit and a heating control contactor. The battery comprises a first part of battery cell and a second part of battery cell which are connected in series through a series node; the switch tube combination circuit is connected between the direct current charging interface and the battery; the heating control contactor is connected between the switch tube combination circuit and the series connection node. When the heating control contactor is conducted and the switch tube combination circuit is configured to be a booster circuit, the switch tube combination circuit is used for charging the battery after boosting the direct current input from the direct current charging interface, and alternately controlling the first part of battery core to discharge and charge the second part of battery core at the same time. Or after the second part of battery cells are discharged, the first part of battery cells are charged. Self-heating of the battery is realized by utilizing internal resistance heating of the battery.

    本发明公开了一种电池的充电电路和电动车,充电电路包括:电池、直流充电接口、开关管组合电路和加热控制接触器。电池包括通过串联节点串联的第一部分电芯和第二部分电芯;开关管组合电路连接在直流充电接口与电池之间;加热控制接触器连接在开关管组合电路与串联节点之间;在加热控制接触器导通,且开关管组合电路被配置为升压电路时,开关管组合电路用于:将从直流充电接口输入的直流电进行升压后对电池进行充电的同时,还交替的控制第一部分电芯放电后给第二部分电芯充电,或第二部分电芯放电后给第一部分电芯充电。利用电池的内阻发热,实现电池的自加热。
