A sealing device is additionally arranged at the charging gun, the refrigerant flows back into a cooling medium backflow pipeline through a pipeline, the backflow refrigerant flows into a cooling tank, the refrigerant heated by the cable is cooled by a cooling device, and the cooled refrigerant is input into the cable through a circulating pump to continue to work; the temperature measuring device in the charging gun sends temperature data to the controller at the circulating pump device, the controller adjusts the flow and the flow velocity of a refrigerant conveyed by the circulating pump according to the fed-back temperature, and the stability of high-current work of the high-power cooling cable is guaranteed through the whole device.
