The invention discloses a liquid cooling charging cable which comprises a cable core, a belting layer arranged outside the cable core, a sheath layer arranged outside the belting layer and a cable core filler used for filling gaps of the cable core. The cable core comprises a plurality of power transmission wire cores, a control wire core group, at least one ground wire core and a plurality of auxiliary power wire cores; the power transmission line core comprises a power transmission line core insulating layer and an expanded-diameter conductor arranged in the power transmission line core insulating layer; the expanded diameter conductor comprises a central layer arranged at the central position and two or three sparsely-wound expanded diameter layers arranged outside the central layer; the sparsely-wound diameter-expanding layer is provided with gaps among the strands, and the gaps among the strands form cooling liquid flow channels. The stranding directions of adjacent layers of the expanded-diameter conductor are opposite. According to the invention, the cooling liquid directly acts on the conductor in the power transmission line core, so that the cooling effect can be effectively improved; the twisting directions of the adjacent layers of the expanded-diameter conductor are opposite, the stability of the expanded-diameter conductor structure can be kept, and the power transmission line core is kept round. The cooling device has the advantages of being simple in structure, not prone to structure deformation and good in cooling effect.

    本发明公开了一种液冷充电电缆,包括缆芯、设置在缆芯外的包带层、设置在包带层外的护套层以及用于填充缆芯缝隙的缆芯填充物;缆芯包括多根输电线芯、控制线芯组、至少一根地线芯以及多根辅助电源线芯;输电线芯包括输电线芯绝缘层以及设置在输电线芯绝缘层内的扩径导体;扩径导体包括设置在中心位置的中心层以及设置在中心层外的两层或三层疏绕扩径层;疏绕扩径层具有股线间空隙,股线间空隙形成冷却液流道;扩径导体的相邻层的绞向相反。本发明使冷却液直接作用在输电线芯内的导体上,能有效提高冷却效果;扩径导体的相邻层的绞向相反,可保持扩径导体结构的稳定,使输电线芯保持圆形。本发明具有结构简单、结构不易变形、冷却效果好的优点。
