The invention discloses a highway accident black spot road section identification method based on ETC data, and belongs to the technical field of traffic accident analysis, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, extracting various indexes in traffic flow, terrain, weather and accident data; s2, according to the historical accident information of the expressway in the step S1, positioning the historical accident information to a specific position of an expressway network based on a Mars coordinate system in QGIS software; s3, calculating an accident risk index; and S4, taking the calculated accident risk index as a buffer radius, and establishing a buffer area for the center points of all divided road sections by using QGIS software to realize the recognition of the highway accident black spot road sections. The highway accident black spot road section identification method based on the ETC data aims to further clarify road accident black spots and accident high-risk road sections, identify the accident black spot road sections and provide a scientific basis for traffic safety construction planning and policies of highways.

    本发明公开了一种基于ETC数据的高速公路事故黑点路段识别办法,属于交通事故分析技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1、提取交通流、地形、天气及事故数据中的各类指标;S2、根据步骤S1中的高速公路历史事故信息,在QGIS软件中基于火星坐标系将其定位到高速公路网的具体位置上;S3、计算事故风险指标;S4、将计算的事故风险指标作为缓冲半径,利用QGIS软件对所有划分的路段的中心点建立缓冲区,实现对高速公路事故黑点路段的识别。本发明采用上述的一种基于ETC数据的高速公路事故黑点路段识别办法,旨在进一步明晰道路事故黑点及事故高风险路段,识别事故黑点路段,对高速公路的交通安全建设规划及政策提供科学依据。
