The invention belongs to the field of passenger flow simulation of an urban rail transit network, and particularly relates to a multi-level passenger flow state estimation system of the urban rail transit network. The method comprises the following steps: defining a trip chain of passengers by acquiring, analyzing and processing related data of urban rail transit and mobile phone signaling; random stratified sampling is carried out according to a proportion by using real-time OD passenger flow estimated by a BP neural network to obtain an OD path passenger flow distribution result, a passenger trip chain reconstruction algorithm model is established, the time similarity of a passenger trip sub-chain and a train operation sub-chain on a feasible path between different path OD pairs is calculated, passengers are matched to a train, and a complete trip chain of the passengers is reconstructed; and a multi-level passenger flow state index system of the urban rail transit system is constructed, so that the system can output microscopic, mesoscopic and macroscopic passenger flow indexes of the urban rail transit system in real time.

    本发明属于城市轨道交通线网客流仿真领域,特别是涉及一种城市轨道交通网络多层级客流状态估计系统。通过获取并分析处理城市轨道交通及手机信令的相关数据,定义乘客的出行链;利用BP神经网络估计的实时OD客流按比例进行随机分层抽样得到OD路径客流分配结果,建乘客出行链重构算法模型,计算不同路径OD对间的可行路径上乘客出行子链与列车运行子链的时间相似度,将乘客匹配到列车上去,重构乘客的完整出行链;构建城市轨道交通系统多层级客流状态指标体系,使得系统能够实时输出城市轨道交通系统微观、中观和宏观客流指标。
