The invention relates to a pipe alignment trolley suitable for PCCP butt joint construction and a control method thereof, the pipe alignment trolley comprises a frame and a bracket, the bracket is configured to lift a to-be-butt-jointed pipeline upwards from the interior of the to-be-butt-jointed pipeline, and the bracket is connected to the frame through a longitudinal moving mechanism, a transverse moving mechanism and a jacking mechanism. The control method comprises the following steps: acquiring first information of a target docking port of a target pipeline, wherein the first information comprises a first position and a first angle of the target docking port; acquiring second information of a to-be-butted port of the to-be-butted pipeline, wherein the second information comprises a second position and a second angle of the to-be-butted port; and according to the first information and the second information, a transverse moving mechanism and a jacking mechanism are controlled, so that the to-be-docked interface is aligned with the target docking interface. And according to the first information and the second information, controlling a longitudinal moving mechanism to drive the bracket to move forwards, so that the to-be-docked interface is accessed to the target docking interface. According to the technical scheme, automatic pipeline butt joint is at least partially achieved, and the effects of reducing manual operation and improving pipeline butt joint efficiency are achieved.

    本发明涉及一种适用于PCCP管道对接施工的对管台车及其控制方法,对管台车包括车架和托架,托架配置成从待对接管道的内部以向上托举待对接管道,托架通过纵移机构、横移机构和顶升机构连接在车架上。控制方法包括:获取目标管道的目标对接口的第一信息,第一信息包括目标对接口的第一位置和第一角度。获取待对接管道的待对接口的第二信息,第二信息包括待对接口的第二位置和第二角度。根据第一信息和第二信息,控制横移机构和顶升机构,以使待对接口对准目标对接口。根据第一信息和第二信息,控制纵移机构带动托架向前移动,以使待对接口接入目标对接口。该技术方案至少部分实现了自动对接管道,达到减少人工操作,提高管道对接效率的效果。
