The vertical force transmitted by the first frame body and the second frame body and the horizontal force during steering are borne, so that the first frame body and the second frame body are connected together, the clamping hooks are matched with the rotating shafts, and the lower clamping grooves are matched with the connecting lugs, so that the convenience during assembling of the first frame body and the second frame body can be improved, and the effect of quick disassembly and assembly is achieved.

    本发明涉及履带底盘技术领域,特别是涉及一种快拆式履带式PCCP管道安装台车,第一架体装配至第二架体上时,利用外部设备向上吊起履带总成,将履带总成移动至卡钩的向下开口钩住上卡槽内的转轴,然后放松第一架体,使第一架体在自重作用下,卡钩绕转轴旋转,以促使连接耳插入下卡槽中,这时的卡钩和转轴仅承受由第一架体传递的水平力,向第一销孔和所述第二销孔中插入所述连接销轴,届时第一销孔和第二销孔内的销轴,承受第一架体和第二架体传递的竖直力和转向时的水平力,使得所述第一架体和所述第二架体连接在一起,利用卡钩与转轴配合、下卡槽与连接耳配合,能够提高第一架体和第二架体装配时的便捷性,达到快速拆装的效果。
