The telescopic limiting assembly specifically comprises a sliding mechanism, a telescopic piece and a movable limiting mechanism. The sliding mechanism can drive the telescopic piece and the movable limiting mechanism to move, and the telescopic piece can drive the movable limiting mechanism to move. The telescopic limiting assembly can be in limiting fit with the treading rod, release limiting fit and be far away from the treading rod. According to the structure, tower climbing is completed by means of traction of an external mechanism, the movable limiting mechanism of the telescopic limiting assembly is always matched with a treading rod of a climbing ladder of the tower in a limiting mode, and the personal safety of operators can be further guaranteed.
