The invention provides a quick hoisting device for an assembly type component and a using method thereof.The quick hoisting device comprises a frame and a prefabricated component body, the frame is integrally arranged in an inverted-U shape, the prefabricated component body is arranged on the inner side of the frame, and a first motor is installed at the top of the prefabricated component body; a linkage mechanism is installed at the output end of the first motor, a transmission column is installed at the end, away from the first motor, of the linkage mechanism, a supporting frame is rotationally connected to the outer side of the transmission column and fixedly connected with the frame, a transmission roller is fixed to the end, away from the linkage mechanism, of the transmission column, and a connecting rope is wound around the outer side of the transmission roller. The angle and position of the prefabricated part can be automatically and finely adjusted after the prefabricated part is dropped to be close to the ground by the crane, so that manual intervention is reduced, the hoisting efficiency and precision are improved, and the crane is particularly suitable for construction under special environmental conditions such as coastal conditions.
本发明提出一种装配式构件用快速吊装装置及其使用方法,该快速吊装装置包括框架和预制构件本体,框架整体呈倒置的U字形设置,且预制构件本体设置在框架的内侧,预制构件本体的顶部安装有第一电机,第一电机的输出端安装有联动机构,联动机构远离第一电机的一端安装有传动柱,该传动柱的外侧转动连接有支撑架,该支撑架与框架固定连接,传动柱远离联动机构的一端固定有传动辊,传动辊的外侧缠绕有连接绳。本发明能够在吊机将预制构件下落至靠近地面后,自动对预制构件的角度和位置进行微调,从而减少人工干预,提高吊装效率和精度,尤其适用于沿海等特殊环境条件下的施工。
