The invention relates to the field of reticulated shell structure construction, and particularly discloses a rapid rod piece hoisting device and method.The device is characterized in that a reticulated shell bolt ball is arranged at the inner connecting position of a spherical reticulated shell top, a hoisting mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the spherical reticulated shell top, and a limiting mechanism is installed at the lower end of the hoisting mechanism and comprises a hoop, a lifting mechanism and a lifting mechanism; a threaded connection section is arranged at the upper end of the hoop, a limiting plate is installed on the outer side of the threaded connection section, a moving mechanism is installed below the hoisting mechanism and comprises a rail mechanism, a supporting plate, channel steel and a sliding block mechanism, and the sliding block mechanism comprises a first sliding block, a second sliding block, a third sliding block and a fourth sliding block. The problem that components cannot be installed by a conventional crane due to the fact that the space of the top folding area of the spherical reticulated shell is small is solved, the lower portion of the hoisting device is provided with the rail and the sliding way, the hoisting device can slide around the circle center of the folding area, and the installation efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及网壳结构施工领域,具体公开了一种杆件快速吊装装置及吊装方法,装置包括:球面网壳顶的内部连接处设置有网壳螺栓球,球面网壳顶的上表面设置有吊装机构,吊装机构的下端安装有限位机构,限位机构包括:抱箍,抱箍的上端设置有螺纹连接段,螺纹连接段的外侧安装有限位板,吊装机构的下方安装有移动机构,移动机构包括:轨道机构、支撑托板、槽钢、滑块机构,滑块机构包括:第一滑块、第二滑块、第三滑块、第四滑块。本发明解决了由于球面网壳顶部合拢区域的空间较小,常规吊车无法安装其构件的难题,吊装装置下部设置轨道和滑道,使吊装装置可绕着合拢区域的圆心滑动,提高了安装效率。
