And cases are generated after evaluation and scoring of the effect evaluation model and stored in the maintenance case model, and if the cases are qualified, the elevator health degree is reset. According to the system, self-developed key technologies such as automatic programming and elevator large model building are utilized, intelligent maintenance and knowledge sharing are achieved, maintenance quality and standard unification are improved, many defects of a traditional elevator maintenance mode are effectively overcome, elevator maintenance efficiency, quality and safety are improved, reliable operation of an elevator is guaranteed, and intelligent development of the elevator maintenance industry is promoted.

    本发明公开了一种基于人工智能的电梯智能维保方法、装置、设备及系统。通过电梯DTU终端采集信息上传至智能维保系统并推送至电梯大模型,诊断模型依数据巡检定位需维保电梯及项目,任务模型确定人员生成任务并指令自动编程模型生成插件,维保人员依手机客户端提示完成维保并上传数据,效果评估模型评估打分后生成案例存入维保案例模型,合格则重置电梯健康度。此系统利用自研关键技术,如自动编程、电梯大模型构建等,实现智能维保、知识共享、提高维保质量与标准统一,有效解决传统电梯维保模式诸多弊端,提升电梯维保效率、质量与安全性,保障电梯可靠运行,推动电梯维保行业智能化发展。
